Incognito Lite is a lingual brace, this is a fixed brace attached to the back of the teeth. This advanced lingual braces treatment is suitable for people of all ages who want to discreetly straighten their front six teeth to achieve a beautiful smile.
Incognito brackets and wires are custom-made for each patient using low-profile brackets that help to reduce discomfort. Most patients are comfortable with the braces within three weeks.
Incognito Lite braces offer the benefits of fixed braces without the main concern of brace visibility.
Incognito Lite is ideal for people with mild orthodontic issues affecting the social six - the top and bottom six front teeth. Incognito Lite allows you to treat either one or both arches, depending on your needs.
Incognito Lite may be the right option if you need invisible braces to correct gapped or slightly crowded front teeth without anyone noticing you are undergoing treatment.
The orthodontist will conduct a full orthodontic teeth assessment during your initial consultation and discuss suitable options. If you choose Incognito Lite, the orthodontist will scan your teeth to design your treatment plan.
You will attend the first fitting appointment when your treatment plan is comlete and your custom made brace has been delivered. The orthodontist will place the brackets on your teeth and secure them with the archwire.
You will visit the clinic every 6 – 8 weeks for follow-up appointments and to adjust the wires. The treatment usually takes 6 – 9 months.
Incognito Lite are bonded to the back of the teeth, making them invisible. No one will know you have them on unless you inform them.
The treatment uses state-of-the-art technology, including computer-aided manufacturing, computer-aided design, rapid prototyping and robotics.
Incognito Lite has no age restriction. It is suitable for both adults and children.
